Our Doctors and staff pride ourselves in serving you. All of our veterinary doctors are Licensed in the State of California and have undergone rigorous training procedures and have undertaken numerous examinations. Our Board Licensed Veterinarians are members of the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Our other professional affiliations include: San Carlos Chamber of Commerce.

All of our doctors have a support network where they can consult each other and specialists in the areas of Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Radiology, Dermatology, Opthalmology, & Neurology.

Dr Kiran is an experienced veterinarian who has extensive experience in veterinary medicine including general veterinary practice, as well as emergency medicine. Dr Kiran's passion is to help pets achieve the highest quality care.  Dr Kiran takes great efforts to make sure client's completely understand how to care for their pets.

Dr Kiran is highly compassionate and very knowledgable in the field of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Kiran has a special interest in Surgery and enjoys performing routine and complicated surgeries.

DR RAJ SALWAN

Dr Raj Salwan has been around Veterinary Medicine his whole life.  Dr. Salwan is a Second Generation Veterinarian and has grown up in a Veterinary family where he has been exposed to numerous cases in his lifetime. He completed his bachelors in 3 years at University of California, Irvine and went straight to TU Veterinary School where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of his class. Dr Raj Salwan was the recipient of the prestigious award from the American Animal Hospital Association for Excellence in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. He was also honored in receiving the Merck Award for 4 consecutive years. He is a member of the prestigious Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society. In addition, he obtained the highest score in the National Board Examination in the state. Presently, Dr. Raj Salwan sees a large volume of cases daily at this new state of the art veterinary hospital dedicated to care for companion animals. Dr. Salwan has received extensive training in surgery, medicine, radiology, ultrasonography, and urgent care. Dr Salwan has personally trained over 20 veterinarians and has mentored many more.

In school, Dr. Raj Salwan concentrated on the most advanced surgeries, techniques, and practiced the latest in state of the art care. Since then Dr. Salwan has taken numerous continuing education and has continued to learn new advances in the Veterinary field. Dr Raj Salwan is a Certified Veterinary Jornalist and weekly columnist in bay area newspapers.

Dr. Raj Salwan is an active participant in the community and is involved in many local and social concerns. Dr Salwan believes in giving back to the community that has given him so much. Dr Salwan personally donates his time and efforts to local community groups.

Dr Salwan is a family man and the proud father of three wonderful children. He is an avid reader and believes in constant self improvement.
